10 ft. soft copper tubing
3/4" type "L" (7/8" OD) for arch

38 tees 3/4"

Use 3/4" rigid copper pipe
4 ea. 10" lengths for legs
8 ea. 29" lengths for verticals
20 ea. 2-1/2" lengths
15 ea. 20" lengths for horizontal sides and arch joiners
4 x 42" lengths for horizontal front and back. Total: 65.8 ft = 7 ea. 10ft lengths

  1. From a coil of soft copper cut two arches 5 ft. ea.
  2. Spread the arches to 40" wide, matching for curve and height. Then cut the same as will be assembled: 10" ,20", 20", and 10", number each piece for reassembly.
  3. Punch Ts onto the ends of the rigid 20" lengths used on arch and the sides.
  4. Insert the curved pieces of the arch, in their original sequence into the tees, and punch into place.
  5. Assemble sides of arbor and punch into place. Use short pieces between double rows.
  6. Adjust width of arch to match arbor and assemble to the back and front horizontals.
  7. Assemble and punch into place. Joints may need to be reinforced by soldering.
