32" soft copper tubing
1/2" type L (5/8" OD) for arch.

20 tees
2 ells 90 deg.

Use 1/2" rigid copper pipe 15 ea. 10" lengths for verticals and legs.
12 ea. 5-1/2 lengths for horizontals
6 ea. 2-1/2 lengths for horizontal mid section and stubs to attach feet
Total: 21 ft = 3 ea. 10ft lengths

  1. Set aside the parts for the arch and the legs and feet
  2. Assemble arbor a row at a 6me on a hard flat surface. Do not punch until all the pieces have been fitted together.
  3. Align tees opposite each other. Use the 2 1/2" stubs for the horizontals in the middle section, 5 1/2 for others, and 10" for verticals.
  4. After fitting the pieces together, punch into place, snugging them together as you go.
  5. Rotate to other side and double punch joints to resecure.
  6. Bend and shape the arch to fit the arbor top. Punch into place.
  7. Assemble leg section with 90-degree ells, tees and stubs, and attach to arbor.
